We invite you to attend the Interactive Symposium on Research & Innovation for Connected and Automated Driving in Europe on 19-20 April 2018, in conjunction with the TRA Conference in Vienna.
Co-organised by the CARTRE and SCOUT initiatives and supported by the European Commission as well as the ERTRAC European Technology Platform, this Symposium is a follow-up event to the 1st European Conference on Connected and Automated Driving, organised in April 2017.
Complementary to the Connected & Automated Transport (CAD) topic stream at TRA 2018, the event aims to delve deeper into specific thematic areas related to the development and deployment of Connected and Automated Driving in Europe. For each thematic area, a panel of high-level speakers from different fields will share and discuss positions, visions, and interact with the audience regarding challenges and research needs entailed.
Road transport stakeholders – automotive and telecom industries, users, researchers, operators, regulators, public authorities, representatives from EU Member States and outside Europe – will also have the opportunity to learn more about European Research & Innovation activities on CAD.
