1st RESKILLING Annual Stakeholder Event

This is the first edition of an annual event of the EC project ReSKILLING will delve into how Connected, Cooperative and Automated Mobility will transform jobs, skills, and employment across the transport value chain, but also how the EU can adapt to this new era of transformation.

The RESKILLING Annual Stakeholder Event is designed to provide a space where stakeholders from different backgrounds — industry, research, policy, training providers, and international organisations — can come together to share insights and learn from one another. The event will give participants a comprehensive overview of the project: its origin, objectives , and its first findings on skills gaps, job transformation, and workforce preparedness.

Beyond simply informing, the event is strongly interactive. Through short presentations, live polling, and breakout discussions, participants will explore the evolving landscape of jobs and skills in the mobility sector and identify both challenges and opportunities for training and workforce adaptation. These discussions are not just exchanges of views: they directly feed into the project’s work, ensuring that RESKILLING reflects the needs, knowledge, and priorities of the wider community.

The event will also introduce the RESKILLING Stakeholder Community platform, a dedicated space to stay engaged beyond the event itself. By joining, stakeholders will gain access to a growing network of peers, opportunities for collaboration to prepare Europe’s workforce for the future of transport.
