The support offers below are intended for people planning, conducting, coordinating, or funding CCAM impact assessment.
Methodology Clinics for EU-CEM users
Methodology Clinics are online sessions where support is given on the use of the European Common Evaluation Methodology (EU-CEM) for CCAM and topical methodology issues are discussed.
They are intended for anyone planning, conducting, coordinating, or funding impact assessment of CCAM.
Clinics run four times a year. The next session is on 17 June 2026, 11:00-12:00 CET.
Register through the form below to join the next session or subscribe to invitations for future sessions. The clinics are organised by the CCAMbassador project.
Helpdesk
The helpdesk offers one-to-one online support for project-specific or privacy-sensitive questions about using EU-CEM.
Methodology Clinics remain the preferred format when the topic is relevant to a wider audience, and the number of helpdesk sessions per project may be limited.
Request help by email if you need a private discussion or project-specific guidance.
Feedback
The first complete version of European Common Evaluation Methodology (EU-CEM) for CCAM was published in 2025, and the methodology is intended to evolve over time as new lessons are gathered.
Feedback from the CCAM community will help shape the next update, currently expected in 2028.
Send feedback by email if you want to propose improvements, flag gaps, or share lessons from practical application.
