Exhibition & Demonstrations

Call for Interest

An exhibition and demonstrations of CCAM initiatives and solutions are also accessible throughout the duration of the event, in parallel with the Conference sessions.

The call to identify and collect interests for the indoor exhibition, static and live demonstration activities at EUCAD 2027 is now open. This is the first of a two-step process, in order to determine the feasibility of applications. On the basis of this first set of information, applicants will be contacted to collect, in a second stage, additional details in relation with their exhibit /demonstration (namely to apply for the necessary permits, where applicable).

Exhibition

The indoor exhibition consists of information stands and static demonstrators (other than vehicles).

Demonstrations

Static demonstrators involving a vehicle will be displayed outdoor, near the venue entrance and the live demonstrations departure point.

Dynamic demonstrations can be run on public roads (if permit is approved – more detailed information will be required in a second stage for approval) or on a closed area (e.g. parking areas around the venue can be privatised or a transfer vehicle can bring participants from the visitors’ parking to the venue entrance using cross-site ways – ~1km).

For demonstrations on public roads, the possibilities include the roads around/between the venue and the Atomium namely. The venue is also located close to motorways access.

The first-stage Call for Interest is open until 4 January 2027 EOB.
