EUCAD 2027 opens Call for Interest for Exhibition and Demonstrations

6 November 2026

Showcase your CCAM solutions at the 6th European Conference on Connected and Automated Driving in Brussels

The European Commission, in collaboration with the European Partnership on Connected, Cooperative and Automated Mobility (CCAM) and CCAMbassador, has opened a Call for Interest for organisations wishing to showcase their initiatives, technologies and solutions at EUCAD 2027, taking place on 9–10 June 2027 at Brussels Expo, Belgium.

As part of the conference programme, an exhibition and a series of static and dynamic demonstrations will offer participants the opportunity to discover innovative developments in Connected, Cooperative and Automated Mobility (CCAM) and see solutions in action.

The indoor exhibition will feature information stands and static demonstrators (excluding vehicles). Vehicle-based static demonstrators will be displayed outdoors, near the venue entrance and the departure point for live demonstrations. The first-stage Call for Interest is open until 4 January 2027 End of Business.

Organisations interested in presenting dynamic demonstrations can propose activities on public roads, subject to the relevant permits and approvals, or in a designated closed area. Potential public-road demonstration routes include roads around and between Brussels Expo and the Atomium, with the venue also benefiting from close access to motorways.

The Call for Interest is the first step in a two-stage process designed to assess the feasibility of proposed activities. Following this initial submission, selected applicants will be contacted to provide further details about their proposed exhibits or demonstrations, including information required for any necessary permits.
