PART 1 – SAE Level 3 User Accepted Driving, Pre-Deployment Study

• Overview of the Hi-Drive user acceptance study on SAE Level 3 automated driving systems conducted by BMW on Munich’s motorways (up to 130 km/h) and urban motorways (up to 60 km/h).
• Insights from the study phases, collecting behavioral data on how users engage with AD features and secondary tasks.

PART 2 – Creating a Robust European ADAS Driver Training Programme

• Contextualizing the Hi-Drive efforts led by FIA Region I, in collaboration with 11 European Mobility Clubs, to develop a coherent driver training program protocol with the participation of OEMs and regulatory bodies.
• Methods and practical implementation through a workshop organized by ADAC with all stakeholders, serving as the basis for the rollout of the ongoing campaign.
