Fully electric automated shuttle trials launched in Solihull, UK
Solihull has become one of the first cities in the United Kingdom (UK) to start passenger trials with fully electric automated vehicles. The trials are part of the UK’s Central investment programme which is funded by the West Midlands Combined Authority (WMCA) and investigate how connected autonomous vehicles (CAVs) can be integrated into the district’s future transport system.
