The calls for proposals under the Connected, Cooperative and Automated Mobility (CCAM) Partnership as part of the Horizon Europe Cluster 5 – Climate, Energy and Mobility Work Programme 2026–2027 are currently open for submission, with deadline 8 October 2026.

The calls focus on advancing technologies and approaches that can contribute to safer, smarter and more sustainable mobility systems:

• Large-scale demonstrations of CCAM (Flagship Pilot) supports ambitious real-world demonstrations to validate automated mobility solutions and accelerate their deployment.
• Geopolitical competition and socioeconomic resilience in CCAM addresses Europe’s competitiveness, technological leadership and resilience in an evolving global mobility landscape.
• Generative AI for smarter CCAM explores the potential of artificial intelligence to enhance automated driving systems, simulation environments, traffic management and operational efficiency.
