How will CCAM affect diverse groups of workers in transport?
15 June 2026
The Horizon Europe Project ReSKILLING is running a survey to map how Connected, Cooperative and Automated Mobility (CCAM) may affect specific workforce groups:
- women in transport
- older workers
- young labour market entrants
- workers with low digital skills
- migrant workers
- persons with disabilities
- platform, temporary, or self-employed workers
- workers in rural, remote or underserved areas
- caregivers and people facing multiple barriers
The objective is to understand better employment impacts, changing skill needs, reskilling opportunities, inclusive transition pathways, and the policies and training responses needed.
The project especially invites representatives of these groups, civil society organisations, social partners, training providers, transport professionals, employers, researchers, and policymakers to share their views.
