The EU-funded project FRODDO aims to analyse the physical and digital infrastructure using a holistic approach to CCAM (Connected, Cooperative, and Automated Mobility), where physical means tangible road infrastructure, and digital means connectivity of vehicle-centric sensor systems or roadside units with third parties or any other road user. In FRODDO, digital elements such as sensor data from vehicles, roadside units, and mobile networks might lead to suggestions for changing road infrastructure and urban planning, as only then CCAM can be deployed successfully.

To get insights from CCAM actors across various sectors and areas of expertise, and identify key requirements and needs to market CCAM technologies across Europe and worldwide, the project has set up a survey (deadline: 30 November 2024).
