From ZAVENTEM AIRPORT

Train

The airport train station is located below the arrivals hall (basement level -1). Up to 2 trains per hour connect the airport to Schuman train station.

Bus

The bus station is located on level 0 – one floor down from the arrivals hall. The airport line is a 30-minute express service between Brussels Airport and the European quarter (bus lines 12 and 21 to Schuman stop).

From BRUSSELS SOUTH (CHARLEROI) AIRPORT

A shuttle bus service, leaving the airport every 30 minutes, connects the Airport and Brussels-South railway station.

From Charleroi-Central railway station, there is a direct train stopping at Bruxelles-Schuman train station (direction Brussels Airport-Zaventem).

From BRUSSELS SOUTH TRAIN STATION

Please take either metro line 2 or 6, direction Simonis (Elisabeth) and get off at the stop Arts-Lois/Kunst-Wet. Then take either metro line 1, direction Stockel or line 5 direction Hermann-Debroux and get off at stop Schuman.

FROM BRUSSELS CENTRAL TRAIN STATION

Take either metro line 1, direction Stockel or line 5 direction Hermann-Debroux and get off at the stop Schuman.

There is no list of recommended hotels with pre-negotiated rates.

Complementary lunch and coffee will be served during breaks.

In case you cannot physically join the Conference, you can follow here the sessions stream (separate registration required – do not register for the Conference if you are only attending online, only for the streaming).
