Registration

Registration to the Conference is mandatory¹ and free of charge.

The registration form² includes information related to accommodation and transport options to facilitate the organisation of transfers to and from the venue.

Registration is open until March 31^{st 3}

1. 1. As the Joint Research Centre in Ispra is a former nuclear research site, visitors must be pre-registered for validation and issuance of entrance permit. ↩︎
2. 2. Participants can edit the options in their form until the submission deadline (by following the registration link and selecting “My registrations” option in the top menu). ↩︎
3. 3. There can be no extension of deadline for non-EU nationals due to the extra time required for registration validation. ↩︎
