Transitioning Road Mobility – towards resilience and circularity in a digital world

The FORM (Future of Road Mobility Forum) Forum hosted by EARPA brings together stakeholders from industry, academia, and governments to share knowledge and ideas, ushering in a new era of automotive solutions for the next generation while also serving as a powerful motivator for the continued growth of the automotive industry and its contributors.

The Organising Committee invites EARPA members and EARPA project partners involved in any aspect of Road Transport Research to present successfully completed projects in the context of EARPA’s vision on “Transitioning Road Mobility – Towards Resilience and Circularity in a Digital World,” as well as within the topics addressed:

• Digitalisation, Data and AI
• User/goods centricity
• Role of research in this transitioning
• Energy (efficiency) and energy sources
• And topics that relate to EARPA position papers

Only a certain number of oral presentations will be accepted.

The conference topics, as well as the criteria and format, can be found here. To submit your call for paper, download the abstract template and upload it through the EARPA portal.

The deadline for abstract submission and registration is May 10, 2023.
Acceptance notification to authors: 10 June 2023
Final paper submission deadline: August 20, 2023
