IAA 2017

From 14 to 24 September, the 67th international automobile exhibition will take place in Frankfurt, Germany. It is one of the largest exhibitions of automobiles worldwide. There are numerous side events that bring the topic of connected and automated driving to the event.

First, novelties will be revealed by automotive manufacturers and suppliers throughout the exhibition. Second, the New Mobility World conference will take place on the back of the IAA from 14 to 17 September. For example, there will be side events on automation and mapping or on connectivity through the internet of everything. Third, the German Federal Ministry of Transport and Digital Infrastructure will organise its second High-Level Dialogue on connected and automated driving on 14 and 15 September. This event will bring together high-level political actors and European Commissioners, as well as industry representatives, who will adopt conclusions on next steps regarding connected and automated driving.
