Webinar: An Overview of Privacy Aspects to Consider for the ACCA Use Case in 5GCroCo

This webinar is the 9^th in a series that will address different aspects of the technical work of the 5GCroco EC project, and will give an overview of data protection requirements that should be taken into account.

The presentation will list a number of existing data protection frameworks which shall provide the audience with an international perspective on the subject; it will also explain why data protection considerations are a focus point. The categories of personal data will be discussed. Parties involved in connection with data processing activities, and their respective rights and obligations, will also be analyzed. Finally, the processing principles of the GDPR will be explained to give the necessary basis to regulate consent management and fulfill the requirement of a legal basis of the processing activities. The data protection impact assessment will be discussed in a sub-chapter.
