Bari, a bustling cultural and economic hub, is leveraging the Internet of Things and emerging technologies to enhance urban connectivity through initiatives like the “Bari Smart City.” The Living Lab in Bari is testing Connected, Cooperative, and Automated Mobility (CCAM) services to address transport challenges. One key initiative is the development of a Route Planner, integrating AI and machine learning to optimize travel routes, promote inclusivity, and reduce emissions.
