PoDIUM project: Towards advanced CCAM technologies

Despite the positive forecasts and market expectations for CCAM deployment, the commercial rollout and adoption of CCAM in Europe face challenges due to a limited understanding of the benefits of connectivity and cooperation. Additionally, ensuring software integrity and data truthfulness remains crucial for realising the CCAM vision, but these issues have not been fully resolved.

To promote the uptake of CCAM in Europe, the PoDIUM project aims to bridge these gaps through planned PDI technology developments and innovative CCAM use cases (UCs). PoDIUM will demonstrate and validate its approach in real-life conditions, contributing to increased trust and acceptance of CCAM-enabled mobility among the public.
